1. What we collect
Your email address (for your account), the photos you upload, and the text you type when making a song. We also log basic usage so the service works and so we can stop abuse.
2. Who sees it
Our AI providers (Replicate, and the model makers behind them) process your photo and text to build your song. Our storage provider (Cloudflare R2) stores the photos, audio, and video. We do not sell your photos or your data. Songs you mark public can be seen by anyone on the feed and via a share link.
3. How long we keep it
We keep your photos and songs for as long as your account is open. You can delete any song at any time from your profile. Delete your account and we will remove your photos and songs within 30 days.
4. Payments
Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe gives us a record of the transaction so we can add credits to your account.
5. Your choices
You can delete songs any time. You can mark a song private so it never appears on the public feed. You can contact us to export or delete your data.
