1. What this is
YourBanger turns a photo you upload into a custom musical song using AI. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your content
You confirm you have the right to upload any photo you submit and that the people in it are okay with being turned into a song. You keep ownership of your photos and the songs you create. You give us permission to process your photo through our AI providers to produce your song and to store and display the songs you choose to make public.
3. Credits and payments
You buy credits that each pay for one song. Credits are sold as one-time packs and do not renew automatically. Used credits are not refundable unless a generation fails on our end, in which case the credit is returned to your account. Unused credits do not expire.
4. Don't be a jerk
Don't use YourBanger to harass, defame, impersonate, or deceive anyone. Don't upload content that is illegal, sexual, or involves minors in any inappropriate way. We can remove any song and close any account that breaks this.
5. The AI part
Jingles are generated by AI and may be imperfect, weird, or occasionally funny in ways you didn't expect. We don't guarantee any specific quality, style, or result. The output is yours to use, but you're responsible for how you share it.
