Refund Policy

1. Unused credits
Credits you buy but haven't used are refundable within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, unused credits are non-refundable but remain in your account indefinitely — they never expire.
2. Failed generations
If a song generation fails on our end (server error, AI model timeout, or any technical failure), the credit used for that generation is automatically returned to your account. You don't need to contact us — it happens automatically.
3. Used credits
Credits that have been used to successfully generate a song are non-refundable. Once the song has been delivered to your account, the service has been rendered.
4. No subscriptions
YourBanger does not offer subscriptions. All purchases are one-time credit packs. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charges. You will never be billed automatically.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund for unused credits within the 14-day window, email hello@yourbanger.com with your account email and the word “refund.” Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We're a small team and we will work with you to resolve any issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
