At YourBanger, we want you to be completely satisfied with every song you create. If you’re not happy, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your songs, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You’re not satisfied with the quality of the AI-generated songs
  • Technical issues prevented you from creating or accessing your songs
  • The service didn’t meet your expectations as described

What We’ll Do First

Before processing a refund, we’ll work with you to:

  1. Remake your song - We can regenerate with different parameters or styles
  2. Edit the lyrics - Make changes to better match your vision
  3. Try a different approach - Adjust the tone, style, or content

Most issues can be resolved by simply recreating the song with your feedback.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@yourbanger.com
  2. Include your order number and explain the issue
  3. Give us a chance to fix it - We’ll try to resolve the issue first
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days if resolution isn’t possible

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Unused credits will be deactivated upon refund
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Songs created more than 30 days ago
  • Credits that have already been fully used
  • Songs that were successfully created as described
  • Dissatisfaction with the story/lyrics you provided (we can remake these!)

Credit System

  • Credits never expire
  • Unused credits remain in your account
  • If you request a refund, only unused credits can be refunded
  • Used credits (songs already generated) are non-refundable unless there was a technical issue

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@yourbanger.com
  2. We’ll troubleshoot and resolve the issue
  3. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll issue a full refund or credit

Disputes

If you’re not satisfied with our resolution:

  • Contact us at support@yourbanger.com to escalate
  • We’ll review your case within 48 hours
  • We’re committed to finding a fair solution
